Zielona Marina Investment Schedule

Below, we present the planned work schedule for the Zielona Marina investment. We've broken it down into key stages to give you a better idea of what will be happening on the construction site and when.

Stage 1: Earthworks (May – June 2025)

We begin by preparing the construction site. During this stage, the following work will be performed:

  • Purchase of land and preparation of the architectural and construction design
  • Preparation of the construction site
  • Earthworks

Stage 2: Baseline (July 2025)

This month, we'll focus on the building's foundations. The scope of work includes:

  • Continuation of earthworks
  • Construction of external networks
  • Execution of reinforced concrete works for foundations

Stage 3: Open shell (August 2025)

We are beginning construction of the building's structure. Work in this phase includes:

  • Reinforced concrete and masonry works on the ground floor
  • Reinforced concrete and masonry works on the first floor

Stage 4: Open shell stage - continuation (September - October 2025)

We are continuing work on the building's structure, up to the third floor. During this period, we will complete:

  • Brick walls and reinforced concrete works on floors I, II and III
  • Installation of external window and door joinery

Stage 5: Shell stage closed (November 2025 – March 2026)

This stage is one of the most important stages of construction, when the building will be closed and installation and finishing work will begin. The scope of work includes:

  • Completion of brick walls and reinforced concrete works on all floors
  • Installation of water, sewage, gas, ventilation, central heating, electrical and telecommunications systems
  • Construction of internal partition walls
  • Insulation and roof covering
  • Interior plasters and cement floors
  • Facade works

Stage 6: Developer status (April – July 2026)

We are focusing on further finishing and installation work. At this stage, we plan to:

  • Completion of roofing work
  • Installation of installations, including boiler rooms
  • Execution of external plastering, installation of an elevator, balustrades and construction of internal roads and sidewalks

Stage 7: Developer status – final works (August – October 2026)

We are finalizing development work, preparing the investment for handover. Scope of work:

  • Completion of installation work
  • Garage door installation
  • Development of green areas and plantings
  • Finishing of common areas
  • Making connections to external networks

Acceptances (November 2026 – January 2027)

After all construction works are completed, the technical acceptance stage will take place.

Transfer of ownership (February – March 2027)

The final stage will be the conclusion of agreements transferring ownership of the apartments to the buyers.
